What is Aviation Ground School?
Aviation ground school is the classroom (or one-on-one) portion of pilot training where you learn the theoretical knowledge required to fly safely and legally. Ground school covers everything from how airplanes fly to how to read weather charts, navigate with charts and GPS, understand federal aviation regulations, and operate the aircraft systems you'll use every time you fly.
